Day 01 Bangalore
Begin your tour.
Arrive into Bangalore
Welcome to Vardhman's "Extensive Karnataka Tour". On arrival in Bangalore, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel.

Day 2: Bangalore
Today after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Bangalore--Beautiful city filled with the tranquility of its Greenery and now part of great Silicone valley).
Visit Lal bagh Garden, lake & lotus filled pools., Cubbon park, Bull temple and Mysore arts and crafts centre.
Viswesvaraya Industrial and Technological museum, Ganesh temple, Gandhi Bhavan, Ulsoor Tank , Gavipuram Cave Temple, St. Mary's Basilica Church. Optional, afternoon free for Ayurvedic Treatment.

Day 3: Bangalore - Mysore
After breakfast, drive to Mysore- Known as Garden city, stands by a rocky hill named after the goddess Chamundi. It is the city of Palaces and museums.
Upon arrival at Mysore check in at Hotel. Later visit Mysore art & craft centre, the beautiful Brindavan gardens illuminated during the weekends and the chamundi temple overlooking the city.Wildlife Sanctuary ect.

Day 4: Mysore - Ooty
This morning after breakfast, drive to Ooty --the Beautiful leading hill resort of south India. Situated in the heart of the Nilgiris (Blue Mountains), at the height of 2287 Mtr., it lies on a plateau and looks like a vast park. Lofty hills add to the grandeur of the scenery. Its climate is similar to summer in England. The terraced beautiful gardens, which are landmark in Ooty. Ooty is also known for its tea & coffee plantations.

Day 5: Ooty
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Ooty.
Visit the lake, Botanical Gardens, Conoor Tea Gardens, Sim’s Park, Dolphin’s Nose. Later visit Film shooting points & other points of interest or shopping etc.

Day 6: Ooty - Cochin
This morning after breakfast drive to Cochin. By far the most important place in Kerala for a commercial traveller. Cochin is the business capital of Kerala. It has a fine natural harbour & is widely acclaimed as the " Queen of the Arabian Sea". The city spreads over several Island, the chief among them being Wellingdon, Mattanchery, Vipin, Gundu & Bolgaty. The 16th century Dutch palace, the oldest Synagogue of the British common wealth. Hill palace Museum, Bolgatty Palace & Bird sanctuary ect.
Upon arrival at Cochin check into your hotel.

Day 7: Cochin
On the day 7th of your tour proceed for Sightseeing of Cochin
Visit Spice & Fish market, Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St.Francis Church, Bolghatty, Gunda and Willington Islands, Mattancherry Palace. Evening enjoy Kathakali dance performance.

Day 8: Cochin - Periyar
This morning after breakfast drive to Periyar. Upon arrival check in to your hotel.Thekkedy is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called as Periyar. On arrival check in resort afternoon proceed for a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc evening you can take a Elephant ride at Periyar wild life and rest of the day is at leisure and over night stay at resort

Day 9: Periyar - Kumarakom
Today early morning Boat cruise on the Lake of Famous Periyar Sanctuary to see the Wild Life. After this visit, come back to Hotel. After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. Reach and visit the Bird Sanctuary. Proceed to the Vembanand Lake. The backwaters of Kerala are a unique product of Kerala and are found nowhere else in the world. Kumarakom Backwaters too are a network of lakes, canals and estuaries and deltas of forty-four rivers that drain into the Arabian Sea. The backwaters of Kerala are a self supporting Eco-system teeming with aquatic life. The canals connect the villages together and are still used for local transport. Over 900 km of this labyrinthine water world is navigable. Cruise through the backwaters to Alleppey. Kumarakom backwaters are there to silently embark the beauty signals spotted by the God of Nature.

Day 10: Kumarakom - Trivandrum
This morning after breakfast drive to Trivandrum (the capital of the state Kerala). Upon arrival at Trivandrum check into your hotel.

Day 11: Trivandrum
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Trivandrum.
Visit Padmanabha swamy temple built in 1733, Napier museum of art, Akkulam lake, Kuthiramalika Palace,Veli lagoon with its aqua sports facility etc.

Day 12: Trivandrum - Kanyakumari
This morning after breakfast drive to Kanyakumari. ( at the southernmost tip of India, where the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal & Indian Sea meet to each other. An important pilgrimage centre ) Two rocks reach out of the Ocean, south - east of the Kumari Amman Temple. Swami Vivekanand sat in the long and deep meditation ; and here stands the Vivekanand Rock Memorial, built in 1970. Vattakottai ( Circular Fort ) : The 18th century fort overlooking the sea, located 6 Kms. From Kanyakumari, here is the Sea calm & suitable for bathing etc.

Day 13: Kanyakumari - Madurai
After breakfast drive to Madurai. Upon arrival at Madurai check into your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Madurai.
Visit Teppa kulam a tank with an island temple, Tirumalainaik palace, 1000 pillared hall. Later visit the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering gopurams – (rising high above the surrounding countryside).

Day 14: Madurai - Rameshwaram
This morning after breakfast drive to Rameshwaram,one of the four most sacred Hindu pilgrim centre. Temples, Associated with Lord Ramas.Beach & 1000 Pillared Mandapam. Upon arrival at Rameshwaram check into your Hotel. Later visit Rameshwaram.

Day 15: Rameshwaram - Trichy
After breakfast, drive to Trichy, was occupied by Chola and Pallava Dynasties. The Nayakas of Madurai have constructed the greater portion of the town. Rock fort is a landmark of Trichy with a Ganesh Temple on the top of this rock also contains excavated cave temples dating to the 7th century A.D. the famous for fine sculptures, a climb up its stone to the Hall of a hundred pillars.
Later visit the island of Srirangam, a massive Vishnu temple with seven walls.

Day 16: Trichy - Pondicherry
This morning after breakfast visit Jambukeshwara temple.
Later drive to Pondicherry upon arrival at Pondicherry check into your hotel.

Day 17: Pondicherry - Chennai
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Pondicherry.
Visit the famous Aurbindo Ashram, Rai Nivas, the Sacred Heart Church Temples etc.
Later drive to Chennai. Upon arrival at chennai, check into your hotel.

Day 18: Chennai
