Day 02:Delhi
This morning after a leisurely breakfast proceed for the sightseeing
of Delhi.
Combined city tour of New & Old Delhi
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu
Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught
place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid,
one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation
sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni
Chowk, shopping.

Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur
Today morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur, the fabled 'Pink
City' of the desert named after Jai Singh, the former Maharajah of Jaipur.
Upon arrival at Jaipur check into your hotel. Later visit the City Palace,
the royal residence of the Maharajah of Jaipur and visit the Observatory
dating back to the 18th century and also visit the Palace of winds (Hawa
Mahal).

Day 04: Jaipur - Pushkar
This morning after breakfast visit the Majestic Amber Fort where
you ride up on elephants back to the former capital of the Royals set
against the backdrop of wooded hills. Later explore shopping centres
of Jaipur and drive to Pushkar. Upon arrival at Pushkar check into your
hotel.Evening enjoy the Camel Fair.

After breakfast enjoy the various events and activities in Pushkar
fair the whole day.

Day 06: Pushkar - Udaipur
This morning after breakfast drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival at Udaipur

Day 07: Udaipur
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Udaipur.
Visit the City Palace, built in 1725 and Sahelion ki Bari, the gardens
the maids-of-honour, Jagdish Temple,and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk
Art Museum), the Winter Palace and the big City Palace with museum,
Later visit Nagda and Eklingji to see the beautiful temples in their
ruins.

Day 08: Udaipur - Ranakpur- Mt. Abu
This morning drive to the only hill resort of Rajasthan, Mt.Abu
enroute visit the famous Jain temples of Ranakpur.

Day 09: Mt. Abu - Jodhpur
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Mt Abu, At 1,200 meters,
Mount Abu is the highest point of the Aravalli range passing through
Rajasthan. The only hill resort of Rajasthan. It is build around a lake
and is surrounded by forested hills. According to the legend, the place
derives its name from ARBUDA, a serpent who descended to the spot to
rescue Shiva's bull NANDI. Besides having all the features of a pleasant
hill resort, this place is also famous for the DILWARA TEMPLES and many
more archeological remains. There are romantic royal retreats and relics
of the Raj.
Enjoy boating at the Nakki Lake and visit the temples and the museum
in the afternoon.
Later drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival at Jodhpur check into your hotel.

Day 10: Jodhpur
This morning after breakfast proceed on a city tour of Jodhpur.
Visit the Mehrangarh Fort museum and Jaswant thada, the cremation spot
of the royal family. Later visit the ancient capital of Marwar-Mandore
and the museum of UMAID BHAWAN PALACE

Day 11: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer
Today morning after breakfast drive to Jaisalmer, situated deep
in the heart of the Thar desert. Upon arrival at Jaisalmer check into
your hotel.
Later visit the Chhatris of Maharwals, JAISALMER FORT - The oldest living
Fort in the world and Camel ride at Sam for sunset.

Day 12: Jaisalmer - Bikaner
This morning after breakfast drive to bikaner. Upon arrival at Bikaner
check into your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Bikaner.
Visit Junagarh Fort and its fabulous palaces and excursion to Deshnoke
Temple (Rat Temple).

Day 13: Bikaner - Mandawa
After breakfast drive to Mandawa (an old castle in Rajasthan). Upon
arrival at Mandawa check into your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Mandawa
Visit Mandwa, found in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and still the home
of his descendants. See beautiful frescoes, havelis and mansions. Mandawa
castle, one of the finest castles of Rajasthan, is now a hotel and house
of collections of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820,
ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items,
preserved in a museum. A walking tour of the painted 'havelis' of some

Day 14: Mandawa - Bharatpur
Today after breakfast drive to Bharatpur (famous for keoladeo Ghana
bird sanctuary).Upon arrival at Bharatpur check into your hotel.

Day 15: Bharatpur - Agra
Early morning visit to the sanctuary to see the birds in their natural
habitat. After breakfast drive down to Agra.

Later proceed on a city tour of Agra
Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday), Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which
offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic
wooden articles, truly a one stop shop.

Day 16: Agra - Delhi - Madras (By flight)
This morning drive to Delhi. Upon arrival At Delhi transfer to the
Delhi airport to catch flight for Madras.

After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Madras.
Visit Snake park and Kapaleeswara temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and
the museum etc.

your hotel.

Day 19: Tanjore - Madurai
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Tanjore.
Visit the Brihadeshwara Temple, a typical architecture from the 11th
century. Later visit the Saraswati Mahal Library.

Day 20: Madurai - Periyar
This morning after breakfast visit the world famous Meenakshi Sundereshwara
temple, a huge Dravidian temple complex.

Day 21: Periyar - Alleppey
Morning boat cruise on the lake to get a closer look at the wild
elephants. Later drive to Alleppey. Upon arrival at Alleppey check into

After breakfast boat cruise on the backwaters of Kerala (three hours
from boat) . Later drive to Cochin. Upon arrival at Cochin check into

This morning after breakfast proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
visit the major attractions like Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St.
Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets etc.

Day 24: Cochin - Coimbatore
After breakfast drive to Coimbatore also called the ‘Manchester
of South India’. Upon arrival at Coimbatore check into your hotel.
Later visit the Maruthamalai temple.

Day 25: Coimbatore - Ooty
On the day 25 of your tour drive to the queen of hill stations Ooty,
known for its salubrious climate and scenic beauty.
Later proceed on a city tour of Ooty.
Visit Ooty Lake, Botanical Gardens, Dodda Betta, etc. Proceed to Conoor
to visit Tea Gardens, Sim's Park and Dolphin's Nose, also visit various
film shooting points in Ootyetc.

Day 26: Ooty - Mysore
This morning drive to Mysore (wonderful historic town and evidence
city to exhibit the oldest Indian richest economy).
Upon arrival at Mysore check into your hotel.
Visit island fortress of Srirangapatnam, the capital of Hyder Ali and
his son Tipu Sultan, Tipu's Palace, Gumbaz, Tipu's Summer Palace. Also
visit illuminated Vrindavan gardens and Krishnarajasagar dam in the
evening.

Day 27: Mysore - Belur - Halebid
After breakfast drive to Belur, the superbly preserved Chennkesava
Temple here is a tribute to the skill and genius of the medieval craftsman.
On arrival check in to your hotel. Later visit Halebid temple 10 kms.

Day 28: Belur- Bangalore (By flight)
This morning drive to Bangalore transfer to airport to catch flight
for Mumbai. Upon arrival at Mumbai check into your hotel.

Day 29: Mumbai Departure
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Mumbai.
Visit Kamla Nehru park, Hanging gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar
hill offering a panoramic view of Marine Drive and Chawpatty beach,
Prince of wales museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India and
drive through the Crawford market.
Late in the evening transfer to the Mumbai airport/railway station to
catch flight /train for your onward destination with sweet and unforgettable
